- The Platform is not a lawyer referral service, legal directory, or active advertisement agency.
- Listing an Advocate on our Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or ranking. Advocates are listed objectively based on spatial mapping (Tehsil, District, and Police Station coordinates) and rating indexes submitted directly by users.
- The transmission of information, use of interactive legal guides, or payment of nominal booking fees does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Mere Vakil. An attorney-client relationship is established only directly between you and the independent Advocate during your scheduled private consultation.
2. Not a Substitute for Licensed Legal Counsel
